I will admit the first few months of maternity sales were not as I had hoped. My hope for my mommy section was to offer that little something special you would splurge on during you pregnancy. After I learned to cultivate patience, customers started to catch on and not only was I running out of my maternity but I had plenty of people gifting some of our clothes to that special mommy to be in their lives. When my customer Becky came in with her husband and twin sister we were all in tears as she tried on (my favorite dress of the season) a dress from Mama NYC. She is planning on wearing this dress to her baby shower. It was such a touching moment that I was able to experience and that is EXACTLY what I wanted for my mom. This Baby Love experience has been an a amazing ride for me and thank you to all my Mommy-to-be's out there who JUST GET IT!

So excited for our new neighbors Susie Cakes! We thought our waistlines were safe when H. Mangels moved in with Villa Gourmet but not so much. These cupcakes are to die for! The hostes cupcake completely melts in your mouth and the rasberry lemon was the most amazing treat with my afternoon coffee. To all my expectant mom's: you will most definately crave these and be satisfied!
